It requires courage in uncertainty, advocacy with complex systems, and empathy.

Through coaching, speaking, and advocacy, she helps caregivers claim their leadership, strengthen their voice, and navigate caregiving without losing their identity, health or professional momentum.

Ways We Can Work Together

Let us talk about Caregiving & Leadership

Ask About Care

The Caregiving Leader Exchange

The Caregiving Leader Exchange is a facilitated small group experience for caregivers navigating leadership, health and work. Featuring guided dialogue and occasional guest speakers.

“Caregiving required me to manage health, work, and responsibility at the same time. It taught me how leadership shows up in crisis, and why caring for yourself during and after caregiving is not optional, it is essential.”
